Welcome to Secured2 ParticleMail™, an advanced email security application designed to protect your communications using patented quantum-secure technology. By using Secured2 ParticleMail™ (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Secured2 ParticleMail™, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Secured2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Secured2 strives to maintain the availability of the Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Secured2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice for maintenance or other purposes.

All intellectual property rights related to Secured2 ParticleMail™, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by Secured2. You agree not to infringe upon or misuse any of Secured2's intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secured2 shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold Secured2, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

9. Termination

Secured2 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
